Traffic stopper red and white gingham check statement dress with a sweetheart neckline, wide halter tie, open back, fitted dropped waist and explosion of tiered ruffles around the skirt. Ultra voluminous and very fun to fluff and swish around. From label Bleu Pâle Paris, made in France, circa 1990s.
