90s supermodel vibe vintage Bill Blass slinky low cut mini dress with an abstract coffee bean print covering the double layer of silk chiffon. Spaghetti straps meet at a v in the back and the front neckline is a deep cut that knots in the middle above a fitted empire waist, and flowier scooped hemline. A fun little dress! From label Bill Blass, looks like it's possibly a sample, circa 1990s.
