Black Floral Flutter Dress S/M

What a beauty. Unique dark floral chiffon dress with accordion pleated circle skirt and sheer capelet over the shoulder that becomes two very (very) long sash ties at the center that can tie into a knot/bow or wrap around the bodice and waist, as shown. Romantic and very fun to wear! From label A.J. Bari, circa 1970s.

Measurements 

Fit notes: stretchy waist and no stretch at the bust or hip (lining). The long ties can wrap around and tighten the bust and define the waist, allowing for the dress to fit smaller at the bodice. If the lining is removed, the dress can fit a curvier frame.
