Epic ultra bright free flowing caftan dress in large scale floral print and golden yellow striping on a shimmery ocean blue jacquard base. V-neckline, fluttering stitched sides and excellent fancy hostess vibes. By label Winlar, made in Pakistan, circa 1990s.
