A most perfect vintage dress in crisp cotton chambray with a low cut sweetheart neckline, puffed sleeves and matte ivory tone buttons all the way down. Flattering cut is fitted at the bodice & waist, then flares magnificently to the midi hem. Wear with clogs and a basket bag! From label Tickets California, made in USA, circa late 1980s/early 1990s.
