BOMB. Vintage electric purply blue leather dress with cutout back and tight wiggle hem. This dress feels like a million bucks on. The long slim sleeves and high neck balance out the sexy open back, and the color is bright and versatile. Snap at the nape of the neck and short zipper at the center back.
