Rich deep blue silk blouse with tonal polka dots and a semi-tailored shape featuring a notched collar, pearly cobalt buttons and darts at the waist/hem. Nice piece to dress up with a pencil skirt, or dress down with light denim. By Liz Claiborne, made in Indonesia, circa 1990s.
