Diane Freis Carnival Dress

Diane Freis doing what she does best - mixing patterns and serving up flounce. And this dress definitely takes the cake. Silky georgette is a texture and print paradise with a colorful swirly zig zag polka dot geometric pattern with a scrunchy tube top bodice and beyond full and flowy full circle maxi skirt hem trimmed with cascading ruffles. The top has long thin straps trimmed with white fringe tassels and beads. They can be tied a few different ways - halter, bows at the shoulders, tucked in and hidden, or even as a halter and necklace combo.
