Chic painterly block print dress in the smoothest viscose weave we've ever felt, could've sworn it was silk.. The easy draped silhouette has some attitude, with a low cut wrapped bodice (buttoned on the inside), pleated swag tie at the side and softly flared tea length skirt. By label Exquise, made in Istanbul, modern, retail $200-300.
