Sooooo 2000s boho! This soft stretchy "ultrasuede" cocoa brown skirt has an attached hip-slung belt with 3 rows of fringe ties that swish when you sashay. Curve hugging cut flares a bit at the asymmetrical slit hemline. By label HeartSoul, made in China, circa early 2000s.
