Hydrangea Smocked Dress XS-M

Antiqued hydrangea and rose floral print dress featuring a peasant style smocked collar with cutout notch and tie. Poufy sleeves have stretchy ruffled cuffs and a semi-fitted raglan seam. Dress looks great either worn free or cinched with a belt. No label, circa 1970s.
