GTFO. Fantastic black wool crepe pants with an ultra high waist and exaggerated bell bottom flare. Beltloops for topping it off, silky lining inside, extra long length (to pair with platforms obviously) and great fit for a curvy waist to hip ratio. By Isaac Mizrahi, circa late 1990s.
