Unique and fabulous vintage caped shorts in a wonderfully earthy abstracted botanical print. The shorts are high waisted and slightly fitted, flanked by an overlapping panel "skirt" open in the front and full of drape in the back. By label Ishwar, circa 1980s/90s.
