Flowing whimsical vintage 90s black micro floral dress is light as a feather and sheer as all get out! Wear over a full body catsuit or shorts & bra, depending on the season. Long sleeve scoop neck fit with skinny rope "corset" tie at the waist and flared sweeping hem. Zipper down the back.
