Neoclassical Motif Blouse M

Rad white blouse with a sheer appliqué starry night column scene on the back. The front is pretty unassuming, with a notched collar, roomy dolman sleeves and little pearl ball buttons. Then the back is a statement! No maker label but there is care tag, circa 1980s/90s.
