Fitted column dress with an Impressionist style city street scene along the hem, with storefronts, shadowy people walking, twilight skies and glowing street lights. The rest of the shift style dress has small organically shaped dots all over, a high neckline, princess seam fitted darts and a 15" high slit up the back for walking ease.
