Just darling! Sweet as anything collared dress in the most perfect deep coral red that reminds us of fields of poppies, ripe papayas, and juicy heirloom tomatoes. With a slightly blousy smocked pleat bodice, layered petal collar, pristine medallion buttons (so cool), and, yes, pockets (!). With this dress, the delight is in the details. No label, well made circa 1940s/50s.

• Rayon crepe, mid-lightweight, slinky almost bouncy drape
• Unlined, mostly opaque
• Buttons down front to waist, metal zip at side from underarm to hip
• Great condition, some spots of wear on skirt which are hidden in pleats when worn, see pic

Fit notes: roomy smocked bodice with some stretch, fixed high waist with no stretch (works great a little bit looser on 26/27"w), full pleated skirt to below the knee
