Pastel Plaid Belted Pencil Skirt S/M

Ultra chic vintage belted high waisted trouser skirt with madras style pastel plaid in hues of mint, chartreuse, peach, lemon and slate. Straight slim cut with fitted hip and 9" slit in back for ease of movement. Separate matching belt has a nice brushed brass cutout circle buckle. From label Conrad C. Collection, made in Canada, circa 1990s.
