Pastel Poppy Flowing Ruffle Dress XS

Floaty dream dress in electric blue chiffon featuring a cartoony poppy print in peachy pink and grass green. The pattern can't be beat, but neither can the silhouette! Fitted scoop neck bodice sports flowing angle sleeves with ruffles, a nipped in waist with matching extra long sash belt, and tri-layering sweeping maxi hemline. The original label has been removed, sadly! Dress is high end, circa 1960s/70s.
