Peppertree Ruffled Plaid Dress M/L

Mrs. Claus goes to the farmer's market style. Plaid paperthin ruffled day dress with kitschy western inspired high ruffled collar, swirly flower buttons and short puffed sleeves. Comfy stretchy waist is perfect for adding a sweet belt. Full skirt has flouncy tiered ruffle along the hemline. By label Peppertree, circa 1980s.
