Pewter Heart Buckle Belt S/M

Country kitschy goth pewter pressed belt buckle with scalloped heart design and matching silvertone tip. Black vinyl body is topstitched and sturdy, has 5 holes for adjusting, with room for more to be added. No markings, circa 1990s.
