Flowy and fun little black dress for all your LBD needs. The triple line straps lace through each other in back, creating a very cool basketweave effect. Flattering and slightly dramatic cut is close through the princess seam bodice down to the curved pleated line at the high hip, then kicks out suddenly with overlapping swishy angled panels. By label Phoebe, made in USA, circa 1990s.
