She is a party and a half! Luxe silk colorful 80s dress featuring a beautiful abstracted rainbow feather design and magnificent cascading ruffle-age on the statement sleeves and flouncy layered hem. This would look great accessorized with a wide belt to cinch the waist and a colorful minimal heel. By label Raul Blanco, made in Korea, circa 1980s.
