So many details, including puffed ruche sleeves, asymmetrical angular panel closure with glossy black buttons and snaps to keep it in place, nipped in waist and double layer peplum hem. Expertly tailored with slight padding at shoulder for extra support. By label Richard Warren for Bonwit Teller, made in USA, circa 1980s.
