Scottish Plaid Flare Dress XS-M

Cheery scarlet red Scottish style plaid pattern dress in a perfect summer-weight rayon with polished wood (!) buttons down to the waist and a very full pleated skirt. This would also be a fantastic holiday dress in a warm climate. Original blue canvas webbed belt with faux leather trim included. From label Positive Attitude, made in USA, circa 1980s/90s.
