Sequined Feather Circle Skirt M/L

Amazing full (FULL) circle moment with a whimsical feather pattern covered in glossy black sequins for extra dazzle, on a voluminous drape. This is a very well made 1990s piece, doing that classic 1950s silhouette, with convenient pockets at the sides, sturdy cotton fabric, interior wrap closure and then a sash around the back to adjust the sizing. By label Me Jane, hand made in Bali, Indonesia, circa 1990s.
