Serbin Culottes Suit M/L

Kind of incredible culottes dress aka DULOTTES. Preppy but funky piece has a smart collar with long buttoned placket, short cuffable sleeves and crisp clean lines down to the sharp pressed pleats on the flowy shorts. The gold trimmed cobalt & green stripes are woven into the deep red fabric, giving a substantial, well made feel. Label "Dulottes" by Serbin, circa 1960s.
