Belted, loose like a shift dress, or open as a duster/jacket. 1970s deep teal green shirtdress has pretty saffron hued buttons up the front, a stand up collar, big patch pockets, wide cuffed short sleeves and a matching belt with a brass buckle and tan brown faux leather trim.
