Straight regal silk collage print dress with all the trimmings. Necklace style strands along the collar, padded shoulders, gorgeous box pleats on the sleeves with cobalt inserts and ruched tapered cuffs. Comes with wide and very long double-sided sash to tie at the stretchy smocked waist. By Diane Freis, Petites collection, made in Hong Kong, circa 1980s.
