Vintage 40s-50s silk embroidered jacket with meticulous and beautiful satin stitch needlework showing butterflies, flowers and random circles throughout. Flowy boxy shape has small knot closures down the front, thin blue silk lining and cobalt trimmed ivory applique borders around the mandarin collar, hem and wide flared sleeves. Wearable piece, but also worthy of being put on display!
