Vivacious vintage puff sleeve hourglass blouse with a romantic floral print, subtle sheen to the jacquard woven silk, and expert construction. The fitted top has well shaped shoulder pads for maximum puff, princess seam tailoring, inverted pleats at the peplum style hem and violet buttons down the front with a placket behind and small snaps to hold in place. By label Richard Warren, made in Hong Kong, circa 1980s.
