80s does 40s puff sleeve day dress in a light airy cotton with a nipped waist bodice, nicely flared gathered skirt, and oversized white buttons on a periwinkle grid print; she's just darling. Style her sweetly with sandals or oxfords or toughen her up with boots and an unexpected belt. By label Charles Alan by Rose Tripodo, union made in U.S.A. circa 1980s.
