Sparkling Blue Disco Capelet (free)

Channel some 1970s ethereal disco decadence in this dreamy studded chiffon capelet. An open fit with high mockneck and fluttery caped sleeves, it features subtle smocking with sparkly crystal studs for some welcome sparkle. The diaphanous sheer chiffon is in a beautiful robin's egg blue that would look lovely with a variety of colors -- dress it up over a slinky cocktail dress for some serious glamour or wear it over a bikini top or bralette and cut offs or leather pants for a cool festival feel. No labels, well made circa 1970s.
