Swiss conductor satchel

Well aged walnut brown hard leather bag with a structured, boxy body, rivet tab closure in front, flat belt loops in the back and a long (removable) shoulder strap. Unlined suede interior has 2 small pen slots under the flap. This bag has amazing craftsmanship! It appears to be Swiss (based on the stout cross etched in front) from the 50s, probably 1955 because of the "55" marking. Saddlery signature in back "O. Sutter Sattlerei Buren a/A 55"

Great condition, but very distressed! There are scratches and scuffs throughout the leather. Stitching & hardware are in great shape.
