Teal Crinkle Cocoon Topper M/L

Billowing batwing draped jacket/cardi with long fitted button cuffs and deep pleating through the shoulder for extra volume. Bright teal hue has a great pop to it, with a subtle crinkled texture. By label JT Petites, made in USA, circa 1980s.
