Terra Lace Billowy Blouse S/M

One part Victorian, one part Bohemian vintage buttonback blouse with a lacey embellished high neck cut and flowy puffed sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Lightweight black rayon has tiny swiss dot style embroidery all over, and pintucked detailing mixed with sheer panels. Fabric is very fluid and semi-sheer in direct light. From label Terra International, made in India, circa 1980s.
