Tiered Chiffon 70s Dress XS-S/M

Triple tiered floaty dress in a moody orange floral and stipple print that has a pretty hand painted effect. The dress is so effortless yet polished, with the skinniest spaghetti straps over elasticized bodice, then flare to there, with the opaque level hitting at a risqué micro mini length. No labels, circa 1970s.
