Dreamy vintage 90s two tone dress has a tight ballerina style black knit top atop a volumunious olive green ankle length skirt of epic flared proportions. The crisp cotton skirt has snaps up the front and handy pockets. Paired with the southwestern blanket belt, also in shop.
