1970s Victor Costa floral embroidered maxi (with pockets!). High waisted thick khaki tan skirt with lavender ribbon and purple velvet trim. The lower half is decorated with embroidered flowers in shades of pink and purple with the same trim as the waist. Modernize this look by pairing it with a crisp white button down and pretty flats.
