Festive vintage folk skirt wtih rose pink and cream embroidery on black cotton. The elegant scrolls and floral flourishes are divvied up into horizontal & V shaped stripes. Nipped in waist has mini pleats to create a full hem.

✥ No labels, feels like 100% Cotton (medium thick, slightly sateen finish)

✥ Fair vintage condition. There are a couple of small spots on the fabric (see close up pic, they're very faint). There is a horizontal seam 2 1/2" above the hem, where the previous owner likely shortened the skirt.
