Aquatic earth angel 70s summertime goddess dress in sky blue soft crinkled cotton gauze with a flowy and free silhouette. Wrap style bodice has cotton rope ties at the shoulders (can uncinch for a wider "sleeve") and a pretty cotton embroidered waist yoke with elastic in back for an easy fit. Very flowy hemline and light as air fabric for keeping it breezy on the hottest of days.
