Tough as nails thick white leather waist cincher with locking brass buckle in front and flattering curved design tapering in the back. From label J.J. Winters, made in USA, circa mid-2000s, possibly more modern.

• Fits 28" waist best, can be extra cinched on 29" (marked S, fits more S/M)
