Light and airy soft chiffon windopane print dress with cheeky ruffled collar, full gathered sleeves and matching belt to cinch the stretchy waist. Nicely tailored with pleats and puffs in all the right places. By "Donna Morgan for Non Stop", Union label, made in USA, circa 1980s.
