A. Sulka & Co Rich Burgundy Silk Robe S/M

Luxurious all silk vintage A. Sulka robe sporting an intriguing herringbone style pattern lined with the softest silk satin we've ever felt. All in a warm tonal mix of burgundy and deep peach. Full of fine details, like the gently rolled shawl collar, trimmed chest pocket, satin welt finished side pockets, notched satin cuffs, and of course the long tassel trimmed silk sash tie. This company was founded in 1893 and became one of the finest haberdashers in the world, catering to the wealthiest clientele. Women's robes are rare and we are honored to usher this one onto its next home! From label A. Sulka & Company, Parisian store (with additional label sewn underneath), appears circa 1940s/50s.
